1. What data we receive

Only what you enter in the website forms and the consultant chat: name, phone, email (if provided), company and project, city, selected models, request parameters and the text of your question, as well as files you choose to attach (door photo, brief, drawing, design, specification). Also the page address and advertising tags (UTM).

2. Why

To contact you about your request, prepare a commercial offer, book a showroom visit, answer questions about selection, installation and service, and understand which advertising channels work.

3. Where and how long it is stored

Requests and attached files are stored on the hosting provider’s server in a folder closed to public access and passed to company employees for processing. The retention period is determined by the purposes of processing and legal requirements; you can ask us to delete your data (see section 5).

4. Who it is shared with

We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising. Data is available to company employees and the services used to deliver requests to them: email, the Telegram messenger and, once connected, a customer records system. Attached files are forwarded to employees through the same channels. Messages to the online consultant are processed by an artificial intelligence service to generate a reply.

By sending a form or a message to the consultant you agree to the processing of this data under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” and this policy.
