What is inside SEVN locks
According to the manufacturer, the factory develops the lock electronics and housings in-house.
3D Face ID
A 3D model of your face instead of a flat photo. Recognises you in glasses, a hat or make-up, day and night.
Palm scanner
Hold your hand to the panel, no touching needed. Available in the PRIME series and top SELECT models.
OLED screen
Shows who is at the door and the lock status.
Tuya Smart app
On models with the “App” icon you can open the door for a guest or courier and view the entry log. Features and connection method depend on the model — please check before buying.

FAQ
Questions before buying
Will the lock fit my door?
All SEVN models are designed for a standard 6068 mortise and doors 40 to 120 mm thick. Send a photo of the door edge on WhatsApp and we will confirm.
What happens if the batteries die?
Plug a power bank into the emergency port on the outside panel and open the door as usual. A mechanical key is included.
Will Face ID recognise me in a hat or glasses?
Yes. 3D Face ID builds a three-dimensional model of your face and is not affected by glasses, hats, make-up or lighting.
Can I fit it on a door that opens to the street?
The locks work from −20 to +60 °C. Astana winters get colder, so for a street-facing door of a private house we recommend a vestibule or a consultation with an installer.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. 3 years on the smart lock and 2 years on the battery. In the first year we replace the lock with a new one for a confirmed manufacturing defect; in the second and third years we replace the relevant parts if needed.
Can I open the door remotely?
Yes, on models with the “App” icon you can open the door for a guest or courier and view the entry log. A manager will confirm the connection requirements for a specific model.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects of the lock: in the first year, for a confirmed defect, we replace the lock with a new one; in the second and third years we replace the relevant parts if needed. The battery warranty is 2 years.
