We work directly with the factories, without intermediaries. Most smart locks are in stock; front doors are supplied to order.
SEVN technicians install and set up smart locks in Astana. Other regions by arrangement.
In the first year we replace the lock with a new one for a confirmed manufacturing defect; in the second and third years we replace the faulty parts. Battery — 2 years.

What can I buy at retail?
Smart locks — retail and wholesale. Front doors are sold wholesale only, for projects. Interior doors will be available to order individually, but that section is being updated — please ask a manager.
What is in stock?
Most smart locks are in stock — a manager will confirm availability of a specific model. Front doors are manufactured and supplied for wholesale orders; the showroom has display samples only. Lead times are given once the order is agreed.
How do I receive my order?
You can pick up a smart lock at the showroom or receive it through a delivery service — in Astana and other cities of Kazakhstan. Delivery terms and cost are agreed separately. Once interior door sales resume, they will be delivered to the customer.
How can I pay?
Cash, bank card or bank transfer. Instalments and credit are not available at the moment.
