SEVN technicians install and set up smart locks in Astana. Before the visit we clarify the door details — from a photo or by phone.
What to prepare
- A photo of the door edge where the mortise sits — optional: it helps us assess compatibility and cost more accurately.
- The door thickness: leaves 40 to 120 mm fit.
- Which way the door opens — outward or inward, right or left.
- The lock model — or tell us which unlocking methods you need and we will pick one.
Which doors fit
All SEVN locks fit a 6068-standard mortise and doors 40–120 mm thick. If you are not sure your door fits, leave a request and a manager will check.
Installation cost
The installation cost depends on the lock model and the door. For a preliminary estimate you can send a photo of the door; if you do not have one yet, leave a request and a manager will clarify the details.
Installation in other regions
We ship locks to other cities of Kazakhstan by courier. Installation outside Astana is by arrangement — ask a manager.

How long does installation take?
It depends on the door. To finish in one visit, we clarify the door details in advance — from a photo or by phone.
Will you set up the lock after installation?
Yes. The technician will add fingerprints, faces and cards and connect the app on models that support it.
What does the warranty cover?
3 years on the lock and 2 years on the battery. In the first year we replace the lock with a new one for a confirmed manufacturing defect; in the second and third years we replace the relevant parts if needed.
